This place clearly has too many patrons to care about one (or two). After ordering the last cobb salad at Cafe Phillips, I noticed a long hair in the closed container. The presence of the hair was initally denied, although it was clearly visible to other people in the salad line. The employee took back the salad and I decided not to eat any food at Cafe Phillips as a result of the hair and the rude customer service. Since I was with a friend who had ordered food, we sat down. After about 30 minutes, an elderly gentleman walked by my table carrying the same cobb salad(I know this because I had added ingredients to it, and, again, it was the only cobb left)! I'm still regretting not telling the stranger about the hair, but now know you can never be sure of what you are getting at Cafe Phillips and that I won't be returning.
